LG ovens we repair

LG built-in electric ovens.

Faults we see on LG ovens

Uneven heating or an oven that won't reach temperature points to the heating element in most cases, though a faulty temperature sensor can produce very similar symptoms. We test the actual heat rather than assume from the symptom alone.

Door seals that no longer hold heat in, and control panels that stop responding to input, are the other faults we're called out for.

How we approach a LG oven repair

A technician diagnoses the oven in person. Once the cause is confirmed, we check whether a genuine or approved compatible part is the right option for that model, and what it will cost, before anything is agreed.

Common LG oven fault patterns

Uneven heat / not reaching temperature Heating element, or a temperature sensor giving a false reading.
Door not sealing Worn door seal letting heat escape.
Oven unresponsive Control board or timer fault.

The actual cause is always confirmed by an on-site diagnosis before we quote.

Parts

Heating elements, seals and sensors are the parts most LG oven repairs need. We check availability, compatibility and cost for your specific model before quoting.

We use genuine manufacturer parts when available and approved high-quality compatible parts when appropriate. The available options are explained before installation.

LG oven repair: common questions

Are you an LG authorised service centre?

Leadingfix is independent. We are experienced with LG appliances but are not affiliated with or authorised by LG. Check your LG warranty first if the appliance is recent.

My LG oven takes much longer to cook than it used to. Why?

Most often a partially failed heating element, or a temperature sensor misreporting to the control board. We confirm which with an actual heat test on site.
